A delicious creamy soup with potatoes, zucchini, carrots and grilled salmon.

Ingredients

  • 200 g Carrots (3 medium size )
  • 300 g Potatoes (2 large size)
  • 500 g Zucchini (1 very large or 2 medium size)
  • 200 g Salmon, fillet
  • 3 tbsp Cream cheese (natural taste)
  • Salt, olive oil, black pepper, basil, coriander
  • Fresh parsley / basil - option * for serving

Instructions

  • Peel the carrots, zucchini and potatoes.

  • Cut into pieces and boil them in a large saucepan with one litre of water, add a little olive oil, salt and spices. Bring the mixture to boil, until the vegetables become very tender.
