Ingredients

  • 200 - 300 gr (100-150 g per person) Farfalle (or different type of pasta)
  • 100 g Spinach (without stems)
  • 150 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 50 – 60 g Olives ( without stone)
  • 100 g Smoked salmon
  • 3 - 4 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • Salt, black pepper, dry basil, olive oil
  • Fresh basil (optional) – for serving

Instructions

  • Prepare all the ingredients.
  • Boil 700 – 800 ml of water in a saucepan at high heat, add the pasta, olive oil and salt. Periodically stir until the pasta gets ready - “al dente”. The pasta is “Al dente”, when you feel a slight resistance, when biting it or cutting it with a fork. Drain the water, but leave the pasta into the saucepan at medium heat, pour a little bit of olive oil. Chop the tomatoes, olives, spinach and smoked salmon, and put them into the saucepan, season with salt, black pepper and dry basil.
  • Add the cream cheese and stir periodically with a silicone spatula or a wooden spoon for 3 – 4 minutes. Serve with fresh basil.
