Ingredients

  • 500 – 600 g Carp fillet (or fish fillet on your choice)
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • ½ Clementine or orange ( juice)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp Dry bread crumbs
  • 3 tbsp Walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Ideas for serving – spinach, avocado, olives and tomatoes salad

Instructions

  • In a small bowl mix together the honey, clementine juice and the mustard. Cut the fish into large pieces and place them into a baking pan. Brush the fish with the mustard – honey mixture.
    BAKED CARP
  • Leave the pan in a refrigerator for 10 - 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. In a bowl mix together the bread crumbs, walnuts and cheese. Sprinkle the fillets with the crumb mixture. Bake the fish at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes or until get ready and golden brown.
    CRISPY BAKED CARP
  • Serve the fish with spinach, avocado, olives and tomatoes salad.
